This community is part of the Suba locality, just north of Bogotá, Colombia's capital city. This area is considered level 3 to 5, and is conformed of various types of population. We interviewed artesains, health professionals, professors, among others. This community is part of a very active commercial area, with storage places and large commerce. This community was chosen as it had a good contrast within its commercial range and living arrangements.
This community is a good example of the reality in Bogota, as we interviewed high income househhouseholds as well as ambulatory workers. The close proximity of this community to public transportation allows it to have economic movement. All of the households have running water and sewer. Most of the streets are paved, but many of them are in poor conditions.
