IMPORTANT:

Although the ethnosurvey applied by LAMP and Brown are quite similar, the names of the files and variables change. Thus, if you want to compare these datasets, some renaming will be needed.

The datafiles are as follows:

CuadA - Provides information at the Person level regarding family and household information, domestic migration information, U.S. migration information, and international migration information (any other country). This file is similar to the LAMP-PERS file.

CuadH_M7 - Provides information at the household level regarding properties, amenities, vehicles, livestock holdings business, land holdings, past and leased lands, farming, and information on migration experience of the household head's extended family and friends. This file is similar to the LAMP-HOUSE file.

CuadN_U - Provides information only of the household head and spouse.

CuadV_V4U - Provides border crossing information, and general information on the migrant's networks, finances, and benefits used in the U.S. during his/her last trip to the U.S.
